Privacy notice
How we use information when you visit the website or contact us about plumbing work.
Who handles your information
Daniel Dunajev trades as AquaFix 24/7 and is responsible for the information you share with the business. You can write to 3 Kirkstall Mews, Kirkstall Road, Southsea, Portsmouth, PO4 0SX, or email info@aquafix247.co.uk.
What we receive
If you call or send an enquiry, we may receive your contact details, the job location, a description of the issue and any photographs you choose to send. If someone arranges a visit on your behalf, they may provide the contact and access details we need. Please share only what is relevant.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and job details to reply, assess the work, take steps you request before agreeing a job and carry out agreed work. When a landlord or agent instructs us, our legitimate interest is to coordinate access and deliver the service. We keep relevant records where required for tax and accounting, or where needed to resolve a query or dispute.
Website and messaging services
Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. The message tool prepares a draft in your browser. If you choose WhatsApp or email, your message is handled through that service. We use Google Workspace for business email. We may share relevant job information with the person who instructed the work, or with another trade when needed and agreed. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or complete the job, including follow-up. After that, we keep relevant information where needed for service records, accounting obligations or a dispute. How long we keep it depends on the type of record and why it is still needed.
Your information rights
You can contact us to ask for a copy or correction of your information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask for deletion or restriction, object to processing or request a portable copy. If you have a concern, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
