Common requests

Replace a bath, basin or WC
Tell us what is in place now and whether the new fitting is like for like.
Move a fixture
The route and fall of waste pipes, along with the water supply and floor construction, affect what is practical.
Plan work across the room
Let us know which fittings are being kept and which trades need to be coordinated.
Replace a shower screen or deal with recurring damp
Tell us where water appears, whether it follows a shower and what has already been repaired. We can discuss the screen or resealing alongside the underlying plumbing.
Plan a bathroom while keeping it usable
If this is your only bathroom, mention that at the outset. We can discuss the order of the plumbing work and when supplies or fixtures may be out of use.

From one fitting to a planned refit

Like-for-like replacement
Even a similar-looking basin, bath or WC can have different waste and supply positions. Product dimensions and photos help us see what may need adjusting.
Layout change or refurbishment
A new position can affect waste routes, access and which trades are involved. We discuss what plumbing is included, who makes good any finishes and what needs a survey.

What we can do

We can discuss bathroom plumbing, fitting or refitting sanitaryware, shower screens, resealing and agreed installation work. We set out access, parts, any other trades and making good separately where relevant.

Before you get in touch

Send the postcode, photos of the room, a list of changes and any product details or sketches you already have.

Planning your visit

What happens next

  1. Describe the job

Send your postcode, what is happening and a photo if it helps. Tell us if water is still escaping.

  2. Agree the visit

We confirm availability and explain the basis of any attendance or investigation charge before booking.

  3. Agree and check the work

We explain what we find, agree any further work and check the affected plumbing afterwards.

Common questions

Can I get an estimate from photos?

Photos are a helpful starting point. Where access, condition or pipe routes are unclear, a survey may be needed before the scope can be estimated.

Can you give me an estimate?

We discuss the work and the basis of any attendance or investigation charge before booking. Where the fault or access is uncertain, we may need to assess it first. We discuss any change to the agreed scope before additional work.
